Beylux is made in Delphi and not in Visual Studio, C# or EXPRESS. Its not possible really to get any Video Tutorial about making a Chat Software like Beyluxe anywhere. These products are huge and not as simple as you think it is.
But you try can build your own TCP/IP Chat which works on basic home NETWORKs area. Try search google or youtube for “Visual Basic TCP/IP Chat” or “Visual Basic Chat”.
if you want to build a chat like beyluxe i would recommend starting with Lararus http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/ as it is free. here are a few free tutorials to help you http://wiki.freepascal.org/Lazarus_Tutorial, hope these help you.
