    Look i want make a program for platalk hack programs but what program i must use i dont have visual basic what another program can creat

    best if you learn the basics first then move up or take a class in school for programming. you can download VB6 off alot of P2P and WArez sites if you use google.com

    Yep, like syxx say vb is easy to learn and is a great first step. man if i learn vb anyone can hehehe, I will recomend to to learn vb first then learning other languages will be easier 🙂
