Does the anti-ban prog. get the ID that is actually banned?

The program is good if we create another new screen name from the 1 that is banned to log back to Paltalk . BUT my question is if this anti-ban program can actually the UNBAN THE VERY BANNED ID I WANT TO LOG BACK IN? Also is there a way to retrieve the names on my pal list from the banned id…like any programs or tricks. Please advice. Thanks
