yes you can do this its very easy to do
you just need to buy proxy which u can get from here
after you buy download proxifier from here
After you download proxifier open proxifier and go to options>proxymanger and click on add proxy and add your proxy which u bought from
site .after you add proxy select protocol socks 5 hit ok minimize proxifier and open paltalk and login with user and pass and try to join same room it will work i used 26 nicks with these proxy due to my low ram i can enter with 26 nicks only if u have good pc u can enter with more than 100 nicks but make sure u buy proxy from this proxy site tested by me its give superb speed as well so your nick never disconnet enjoy all.
