Looking for program to red dot those who try to steal mic

Hi all. I am looking for a program to monitor list of rasied hands . The reason is that a lot of time u are in a room with like 30 people in it and some times if u are admin and get busy with some thing else some people jump and take the mic talk and claim that it was theire turn.

I am looking for a program that auto red those who jump and do not stand in the quie.Basicly i want to be able montor raised hand quie and if any one is not in the quie and take the mic get red automatically.I be happy to see such program.Thanks

ahhhhhhhahah doubt you will find anyone that good in visual basic 6 here that can make a program like that. sorry.

Well i remmber a few year ago they made anti bounce program i do not think this program will be that difficult for developers in this site. hope to see such program it will make paltalk experience very nice.Thanks
