paltalk for linux?

    are their any paltalk builds for a linux system?

    I heard once that there was a Gaim plugin, but I doubt you could do anything on it. Gaim == fail anyways… But you might, might be able to get it to run on Wine. I’ve never tried it though. I have ubuntu and sabayon running over there > so I might try it later…

    in the first place.. gaim i dont belive has the paltalk client.. i just read up that paltalk has no intention on building it for anything bud windows

    Right, it’s not in the default install of Gaim, but there’s a plugin for it, like I said. A simple Google search actually brought imfiles.com up as the top result. 😛

    lol my bad is after deleting all the paltalk sections cause of the sue i didnt put most programs back but here is the direct link 🙂

    It’s a .package. Open it with your package manager.

    gedit has not been able to detect the character coding.
    Please check that you are not trying to open a binary file.
    Select a character coding from the menu and try again.

    sk8er you have to complie the package, Its not really for linux n00bs because there are some needed inputs from the user, but if you still want to try and install the plugin to your linux gaim, you use to be able to get support and instructions for diffrent linux distro’s from the authors website, but I am pretty sure he has closed all work on paltalk down
