WinRAR 3.51 This another of the need program to open some of the programs on the site. winrar some say its better then winzip so if lets say you have a file u cant open then use winrar to open it even if its a zip file. when u see a file that ends with .rar this the program you need to use to open it. so enjoy winrar not need to get it anywhere else.
