    Aigh this one program I am working on for my buddy The_Nekkid_DJ 🙂 this a program to interact with itunes 🙂 like it will send the name of the song ect.. to the paltalk room 🙂

    One thing this is not even beta version i just putting up in here so peeps give suggestions to see if i can hook it up 🙂

    How to use it
    1- Add admins to the bot
    2- Click connect to connect to the room
    3 – make sure itunes is open then click on play

    Admin Commands
    play! will play the current song highlighed
    pause! will pause the song
    stop! will stop the song
    next! will play next song
    previous! will play previous song

    Regular users
    name! will send the name of the song to the room

    8) this looks great,im not a very keen user of the winamp player so the previous bots you made are uselss to me,but you went and did one for itunes player,which tells me you can make for other players too right? my point here is i use mainly jet audio player,maybe if you could cross platform bot to run with that would be soo cool….great stuff loco keep it up 😉

    Wow…this is fantastic…I can’t wait to see this feature for feature with the other music bot…..not sure if you can do find and requests and such….I didnt really look at the iTunes SDK….all songs reside in the LIBRARY, and you can search that library….or you can select playlists and search them individually….you can also set for RANDOM play and repeating and such….

    There is a lot you can do….I can spin songs, shuffle my playlists, add tunes from one list to another, drag and drop tunes in different orders all without skipping a beat…..and it allows me to carry my tunes and such on my iPod, but I do think, you should have it make a playlist called whatever (you should be able to choose) and in that playlist is where the bot should work out of…not the main library…cause iTunes can store video’s and podcasts as well..which..if left on random play, would eventually be heard..(the podcasts at least..)

    okay, first quick run….how about just a proggy that does not have any BOT type stuff, and all it does is take the song info from iTunes and past it in room…..maybe add a quickbouncer to it too 8-)….that would be useful

    Now as far as the bot goes…the names of the songs seem to be one off…and it doesnt seem to like names starting with a number….

    but when I hit PLAY on itunes..it is working…..

    LnYx-, ah man is that the api codes i got it from planet-source-code.com 🙂 and just modefied it to work with paltalk, I gonna see if i see a code for jet audio player to mke one for it too 😉

    Ah, dj time to work on this one then hehe, I just got to fix the finals bugs of the music bot and get into tis one 🙂

    Like I said, a full blown Music Bot based on iTunes would be FANTASTIC….however, a small proggie that just announces to room song info (like name/artist/time etc/ would be great, maybe it can have a few commands like name! just to see the name of the song….but having it, in combination with a fast bouncer would be fantastic….

    So that if I am using iTunes to spin in a room (not an automated jukebox) the info gets posted as I spin….thats it….8-) And most of the time, when I spin, I am also an admin…so having a fast bounce, or autored dot/bounce would be great…..

    BTW, the other good thing, is iTunes takes care of the Databse for you, you just need to poll and interact with it….so making a playlist called requests and putting songs in there which can be played straight, or shuffled (randomized) then if that playlist is empty move on to the paltalk playlist (standard playlist with songs) to be played straight or random, and maybe also have another playlist of spots (adds or funny things) that can be played every n songs or n minutes…..but really….all the backend Database work is done for you….

    Ah, well I could try, but i was gonna make similar to the winamp bot 🙂 unless there is a easy way to bring the database from itunes to the bot then hell yea, I make a nice itunes bot 🙂 we’ll see 🙂

    Wow!! this is cool loco but i was wondering if you could make the same music bot with other types of music players that would be more fun…. like make the bot capable to play in 4 or 5 types of players 🙂

    Ah, as long as I can find a code to work with others but I was thinking bout the same thing making it multy instead of the wianmp and itunes, well see hopefully by next week i be back into business again 🙂

    Loco man this is so cool program. i love it. i use itune for playing my ipod songs and it looks so cool.

    could you just add an option that it automatically posts current song infor to the room when itune shuffels trough the songs instead of me pressing next and next?That would be so cool option.

    Furthermore, for some reason when in use next song button it post previouse song infor instead of current one !! could you tell me what might have been the problem?

    Ah, yeps I need to work on it 🙂 It be soon after I am done with the Bots 🙂 I gonna make much cooler ya gonna see 🙂
